Can't login with the tether app but the username and password is correct
I am unavailable to login with the tether app but my username and password is correct and it log's in with the webpage but not in the app...why?

May I know your TP-Link account? If you have already changed the username and password, please ensure you typed them in correctly.
If possible, try with another phone and see how it goes. BTW, do you login to the C7 when connected to its wireless locally or from an outside network? Is the phone an iPhone or Android phone, what is the OS version?
If still cannot login, please show us the login failed error message, which may give us some clue.
You can also try to power off then on the router, as well as login out the TP-Link account on the phone then login again to confirm.

May I know your TP-Link account?
So I can access by LAN, and with from my computer. So I know my user and password and I typed them correctly.
please show us the login failed error message
Login or password not correct (It's in french)
The phone
Android pixel 5, so the last android version
try to power off then on the router, as well as login out the TP-Link account on the phone then login again to confirm.
Not working... :(

@Tokio Can you confirm how many characters of the password? Is it more than 15 characters? What if you change the password to something less than 15, will you be able to login?
