Reecently purchased the TL-WA850RE. It has connected to reouter no issues however when trying to connect devices it is either saying wrong password or authentication error this is the same password for the main router. Any help appreciated.
Hello,
Please reset the 850RE first: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button for 1 second. The extender will reboot.
Then please watch the setup video or follow the instruction to configure it.

Note:
Please use your home wifi password to configure the 850RE.
We suggest you customize the network name for the extender. You can see it in step 3.
