Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.4 Build 20200221 Rel. 65392

I'm based in India and recently purchased TP Link Deco M5. With the existing router CISCO Linksys E900, I'm able to setup Deco M5 as access point (using TP Link mobile app).
When I remove my existing router, I'm unable to setup Deco M5 as router.

 

Also tried accessing Deco M5 through web browser, using any of the below link (Source : FAQ https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2641)


a) http://tplinkdeco.net
b) http://www.tplinkwifi.net
c) LAN IP address (192.168.68.1) shown Deco mobile app

 

ISP Provider : ACT Fibernet

 

Appreciate your support to resolve my issue.

Hi, in your case, please help to confirm the following information.

1. What's the front device does the main Deco connected to without the CISCO Linksys E900? 

2. Please disconnect the main Deco to the front device, and then connect a PC to that device directly? Do you have internet on the PC?

If yes, what's the IP address on the PC?
