@DmytroTs

Hello, please help verify some details and we will try to figure it out:

1. Do you mean all the devices are showing connected but no internet when connected to the 2.4GHz network or only some of them? Can you do a simple ping test (ping the router's IP address and 8.8.8.8) on the connected device and show us the results?

How to Use the Ping Command

2. Try to change the channel to 1/6/11 and channel width to 20MHz, save and reboot the router.

3. Try to reset the router to its factory and set it up again from the beginning, then try again.

May it help.

@Solla-topee

Thanks for the quck answer.

In regards to your questions:

1. All type of devices and no possibility to ping as far as it is not connecting to network.

2. Did the same with 8 and 10 chanels and set 20 Mhz as well. No luck.

3. Have tried that no changes.

@DmytroTs

Hi, can you still see the 2.4GHz wireless network of the router? Or you can see it but cannot connect to it? Is there any error message when you try to connect to it?

You may try to change to a different SSID and see if that helps.

If none of these works, you are suggested to contact the local tech support to check the warranty cause the device might be faulty.

Good day.
