@Siya

Hi, below are some suggestions.
Please ensure you are using the original power adapter first, then check that the power button on the back has turned on.
Meanwhile, it is suggested to reset the router by holding the reset button for 10s to reset it.
Is there any power outage/bad weather before it stops working?

Besides, you can contact the online tech support to get some help also.

May it help.

@Solla-topee Thank you for your reply, my router is only 1 month old and I am using the same adaptor it came with it. When I reboot it using TETHER app, it doesn't switch on again, this is what frustrate me

@Siya

Do you mean it is the Tether that cannot restart the router? What if you power the router off then on, will this be normal?

Please ensure both the router and the Tether app are up-to date.

@Solla-topee I will have to check when I switched off manually, the problem I noticed when I reboot it via tether. I checked this morning both router and tether whether it needs updates but it says both are up to date.
