I do not see the desired result using this extender. I also do not see 5G light on in the device. Is there anything I am missing? it will be great if you can help me resovle this challenge.
Hi, what is the model number of your main wireless router, is it a dual-band router or one that only working on 2.4G? If the 5G LED on this RE305 is not lit up, which mean the extender is not connected successfully to the 5G network of your main router, you may check again if the wireless password is correct when you do a setup:
