@iwaddo77

Hello, Good day.

Thank you for your patience.

We did not have any app or Utility called PLCManager, so I think it might not be ours.

And if you do not mind, please also post a picture of the PLCManager here for further check.

Thank you very much!

@Solla-topee

I am quite sure that when I run the application shown in the attached it launches PLCManager. Is this the correct utility for my TL-PA4020PKIT adapters?

Thank you for your help

@iwaddo77

Good day.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

May I know the hardware version of the TL-PA4020PKIT?

And how about the operating system of your iMac?

And here is the correct link for the utility

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-pa4020p-kit/#Utility

And based on the attached pictures, it also seemed like one of our power-line utility but in an older version.

Thank you!

@iwaddo77

Hi, they are V2.

The version of the Utility for V2 hardware is not supported on 10.15.5 which is why I was using the older version of the application.

Thank you for your help
