Hello,

 

I have sent in a support ticket but it has been roughly a month now and I have not yet receieved a response back.

 

Anyways, I have had this router for a few months now and I have been having constant issues occurring on the daily where my devices connected via Ethernet and wifi disconnects from the internet briefly, usually for a couple of seconds, then reconnects. Viewing the system logs of the router, this event would occur with the log of "remote management, info, service stops. UPnP, info, service stop. UPnp, info, service start". I have attempted disabling and enabling UPnP, however this did not affect it.

 

This issue does not occur when connected to the old router supplied by my ISP. It is also not just my PC as other devices connected via Ethernet are also affected.
Is there a way to fix this issue?

(Connection type: NBN, FTTP)

Hey Kevin_Z, Appreciate the response. It seems like I have not received any other email from TP-Link regarding my issue other then the initial automated confirmation email of sending the ticket through. Would it be possible for you to resend the email through or am I suppose to respond to the automated email? Thanks again

@DM3 No sirve de nada su respuesta es malo el servicio de soporte.

Urge solución para saber cómo podemos salir de este problema. Son caros y han dado más problemas que solución. Funcionaron bien 1 único día. No más.

Los devolveré si para hoy no hay solución. No tengo tiempo para esperar meses.

@DM3 Hi, I have the same problem with my C2300. UPnP 10442 service stop. 
Do you receive a solution ?

Hey, unfortunately the support team were unable to find a solution to the issue and have recommended me to RMA the router.
