Hi,
Except for the APN profile, had other configurations reset to default as well?
And have you enabled the data roaming on the MR600 before?
Could you please send me a screenshot of the APN profile settings under Advanced>network>internet>Dial-up settings?
If you haven’t rebooted the modem since the last reset, or the auto-reset issue started again, could you please note down the exact time and save the system log to me?
if anyone had the same issue later, it is highly appreciated that you could leave me a private message with the following information:
1. note down the exact time of the reset and save the system log before a reboot.
2. whether the auto-reset started after a reboot or power failure?
Thank you very much.

Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
May I know how long have you had the Archer MR600 and when did the issue start?
Could you please record a video clip about this auto-reset issue?
By the way, where are you located?
Thank you very much.

Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience,
Where are you located and who is your SIM card carrier?
How long have you had the device and when did this issue start?
Have you updated the firmware recently, or is there any new device joining the modem?
When the modem reset itself, have you seen all the lights turn on then off?
How about the auto-reset frequency on the Archer MR600?
Thanks a lot.

Hi same issue here.
The TP-Link has reseted on its own.
Have you an explanation ?
Best regards.

Hi @Sunshine ,
I've got the same issue here.
It seems to happen when i unplug it and plug it again, but only sometimes (I'd say 1/20 times, to give an order of magnitude).
I've had the Archer MR600 for over a year now, the issue started 2 months ago.
I then lose everything, proper factory reset.
The router is located in Corsica, France, in Sagone (20118) to be accurate. Carrier is the French carrier called "Free", I use 4G+.

Hello,
I have the exact same issue. I use a connected plug to turn off the router at night and turn it on in the morning, and this makes the router reset one times every 3 times I guess.
Does anyone have a clue on what to do to prevent that behavior ?
best regards

Did anyone find a solution to this?
My modem works fine for 2-3 days. No power drops. And then it just resets the APN to default
