Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.2 Build 20200727 rel.37987

I am trying to connect my car ( Volvo XC40 ), Neato Robot and my iOS14 devices to my WiFi Network.
Neato can't connect to the network and the car and ios14 devices wants me to change WPA2 to AES instead of TKIP!

There is a beta firmware that can fix these problems?

I didn't expect this from tp link, i'm very disappointed!

Hello,

Deco supports the mixed security of WPA/WPA2-AES/TKIP. For the clients who support both security types will negotiate to the WPA2/AES automatically, which is supposed to be more secure.

While there is currently no way to fix the security to WPA2 or AES only on the Deco device and we will soon release an official firmware to allow you to change the wireless security type on the Deco system in weeks, please kindly wait for it and keep an eye on your Deco app.

Just to confirm, what is the model of your Neato Robot? When you try to connect it to the Deco network, what is the error message when you mean it doesn't support the mixed security?

Thanks a lot~
