i recently started deco m5 for my home. primarily for parental controls as i travel frequently.

I am trying to connect to my home network remotely but i cannot. i get the message that "something went wrong with cloud service and to connect to deco wifi network"

how can i control my home deco network remotely from my office or when i am outside country.

Try to log out on your Deco app, then log back in again to confirm if you can access your Deco.
