Model: TL-WR940N
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 3.19.1 Build 180119 Rel.59618n

Good evening,

Since last night I have the problem that neither the IP address, the subnet mask, gateway and the DNS servers neatly connect me.

A value of 0.0.0.0 is specified everywhere. I have already tried to copy the MAC address, without success. I have already tried for 5 hours to fix the problem somehow, but as already recognizable above without success.

I need some help.

@Weirdo420

Hi, as per your description, there is no internet on the WR940N, please connect your computer directly to your front-end modem and ensure the internet is working fine.

If that works, check and ensure the connection cable between the modem and WR940N is good, try with another cat5e or cat6 cable.

But if you still failed, please refer to the troubleshooting suggestions below to check your settings:

BTW, who is your ISP?

Thanks a lot! Just got home and quickly followed the guide. I guess it is no longer really relevant but my ISP is Vodafone DE.
