Archer C7 - Cannot open FTP port and forward to my PC.

Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: 1.0.15 Build 20200628 rel.63501(5553)

I cannot setup FTP port forwarding to my PC.

The port scanner shows that the port is still closed.
