Model: AC50
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 0.2 v0093.0 Build 200608 Rel.66307n(4553)

Every time I enable 2.4 GHz band, my Archer C50 disable it.

My wired connection and my 5 GHz connection work fine.

@Dario_Cuba

Hi, apologies for the delayed response.

Have you tried to experiment with the 2.4GHz wireless settings? For example set Channel and Channel Width to Auto. If they are already configured as Auto, there maybe too much wireless interference around you. Try to scan with Wi-Fi Analyzer app and see if there is a free channel on 2.4GHz band and set the channel accordingly.

You can also reset the router to factory defaults - just follow this procedure: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/497/
