Model: RE450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: RE450(EU)_V2_210301

Hello, I have a RE450. For some time the 2.4 extended network has not worked, more precisely it "repeats" the wifi signal of my ISP's modem but the devices that connect are not assigned an IP and therefore, even if connected to that network, they do not access the internet.

Thanks

@Magiomo

Thanks for the reply, in the meantime the 2.4 ghz extended network has started working again. The fault was due to an incorrect setting on the ISP modem
Thanks again.

@Magiomo  Hello,

You could try the troubleshooting guide here and select a different 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi channel on router, please also try some tips in the above thread and let us know if that works for your: [Troubleshooting] Range Extender Keeps Losing Connection

May I know how about the Wi-Fi Led on range extender when 2.4Ghz drops Internet, does 5Ghz work fine on range extender?

When did  you purchase the range extender and how long this range extender work with your router before?
