Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Last!

Today i bought an AC1200 Deco S4 (home Mesh Wifi
This home mesh wifi system has up to 867 Mbps download on 5 Ghz band.
After a speedtest, it seemed that i only got 9.47 Mbps download!

I tried further to disable the 2.4 Ghz band in the setup, but, to no avail!
I usually got up to 90 Mbps !

I installed the latest firmware on all three wfi devices!

Thus, what's the problem here??
PS. i am the only person currently using this deco network.
This system has no added functionallity, other than the functionallity/speed i already got!
It sadly downgraded my whole wifi system.
So, if anyone has a clue, what's the problem here is?
The mesh system is obsolete in this form.

Thanks for any answer!
Regards, Ronnie

@RonnekeNl

Hi Sorry for the delay.

Have you tested all the mobile devices and all of them could not get more than 10m/s download even connected to the main Deco?

And how much speed you are supposed to get from the old router or ISP modem?

Have you enabled the QoS, antivirus or parental control on the Deco? If yes, could you please turn off for a while?

Could you please try to change another S4 as the main Deco to have a look?

Thank you very much.

@RonnekeNl  After resetting the deco's (tiny hole bottom deco), i now have a network speed of average 106 Mbps.
If i use only the main deco, which is utp connected, i get a dowbload speed of 250 Mbps!
But the other deco's are wireless.
So 106 Mbps, is neat!
Thanks for the help!
Bye, Ronnie.
