Hi 

 I just bought a vr400 version 2 but its so slow on 2.4 GHz with wireless 

I can't get 16 Mbps in 2.4GHz but in 5GHz and cabel That ok I change the channel to 6 and width 40 but not become ok 😩

please fix it

Hi, how many wireless devices connected to the 2.4GHz network? Are all of them experiencing the same slow speed?

 

BTW, what is the link speed on these clients? You may check as below:

Try to install a Wi-Fi Analyzer to review the channel, choose a clear one, then reboot the VR400 and reconnect to the wireless again.
