Good afternoon, I'm experiencing a problem with WPA8630 and router Tecnicolor.

Sometime without any real couses , the router lost the connection and resets. ( seems poweron reset)

I already colled my provider ( Telecom) and they checks call connections and changes also the router in order to be sure to avoid intermittent problems.   

Router is connected via FFTC and is installed , with the PA8010 in the third floor of my house while the WPA8630 is installed in the second floor.

The connection between powerline is good and the speed is around 700Mbps.

Normally we used both wifi 5 Ghz and 2.4 Ghz and with Pcs, tablets, phones, IOT devices , and others , normally we around 15 devices connected.

I made several tests , whitout solving the issue, also disconnecting most of the devices ( IOt, alexa, ).

I disconnected the WPA8630 and seems that the router doesen't reset, but the problem is intermittent ( 2-3 time per day) 

I already upgraded the firmware on the wpa8630 using the KIT wersion (wpa8630v2_eu-up-ver2-0-3-P1-20190910-rel49754-APPLC.bin) but on the PA8010 reports the version 1218-00_801012_160726_901. Is it correct?

 

Is someone experiencing the same problem?

1.What is the model number of your Technicolor router?

2. how often would it happen in one day?

3.After unplugging the powerline adapters, Would this issue disappear forever?

@TP-Link Goodmorning here below my answer to your questions:

1) the router modello is TG789vac v2 

 

2)I've still the same problem even if is less frequent 2-3 time per week. 

my service provider TIM update recently the router firmware . Actually the SW version is the AGTOT_2.1.4

 

3) after unplugging the powerline ( Wi-Fi device) and replugging it the problem disappear.

 

the Lower VDSL flag is already set.
