I've had issues where it would be connected to wifi but there is no data activity, (webpage starts to load and then pauses) Youtube video freezes in the middle of playback. Happened on 1.1.1 firmware..
Just updated to 1.1.3 will be monitoring for the same behavior...

Are there any QoS settings on the AX10 for some specific devices? Disable it, or reset the AX10 to factory defaults then reconfigure it from scratch, connect these tablets and phones to the 5G network again to confirm if the speed is normal.
Please check the link speed on the tablets/phones when they connect to the 5G network if the speed is still abnormal, show us the screenshots, thanks.
BTW, what is the distance between these tablets/phones and the AX10? What if you move closer? How about other devices in the network, such as laptops?

Hi!
I have an AX10 from my ISP and it has custom made firmware. I tried flashing it with TfTP but with no success. This cutom made firmware sucks big time and i want original TP Link firmware and i cannot rewrite it. This custom made firmware don't have the options for multiple conenctions, only pppoe, don't have upgrade firmware option or acces point option, which i need most.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Thank you!

Hi, may I know where did you get this Archer AX10, what is the name of the ISP? As per your description, it seems a customized version for the local Service Provider, which means the firmware of the router is self-designed by your ISP, so you cannot update with the generic firmware.
Generally, the support for this customized version will be covered by your ISP, and we suggest you contact your ISP first to check if there is any limitation on the firmware.
BTW, can you please share me with the device bottom label, as well as the firmware version of it? Thanks.

It's RCS&RDS Romania and the firmware i cannot access, cause it has no option to show info or update. The firmware option was removed.
It's something from Digi Romania, a custom firmware.
My main router is a Archer C8 and i want this router to make it AP, and the option is also removed.
Thank you!
