What is the secret to getting support?
What is the secret to getting support from TP?
I have spent many hours on the 24 hour chat with no luck. Only once was I able to get someone and I am not sure where they were from but they did not understand and could not communicate. He basically left me hanging. I got him the info he requested but nothing back.
I am trying to install a new Deco M9 Plus. I can get the wifi workign but our cell phones will connect with no Internet.
When I try to connect the M9 Plus to my switch, nothing works on the wired network.
In the Deco app, it shows many devices connected, but no devices can do anything on the Internet.
The tech guy I chatted with said it is all automatic and there there are no tutorials or documentation on-line to help. Maybe that is why he left me hanging.
Any help would be appreciated.
