Every time I set it up it has the exact same result, the range extender connected to the router wirelessly, but when my devices connect to the extender, they connect but it shows it has no internet. Please help with the issue.

Good day and happy new year!

For your case, could you please help me check the following information:

1. What is the model number of your home router?

2.Did the 2.4ghz and 5ghz lights lit up?

3.Did you set up the mac filtering or Access control on the home router?

If possible, please try to update the following beta firmware to have a look:
