Auto internet connect problem on Archer C20
Auto internet connect problem on Archer C20
TP-Link Archer C20 Internet Auto reconnect problem.
I bought TP link Archer C20 a Few days ago. But when my internet disconnects from the ISP for any reason, the Router do not reconnects to the internet automatically. I have to manually restart the router to connect to the internet. Otherwise the orange light stays on and says no internet. Please fix it ASAP. I'm using PPPoE connection.

Hi, please check the email and send us the system log on the C20, which should include that before and after the internet disconnects on the router.

You may stay with the latest firmware provided by the local service center, monitor the connectivity, then report back to the community or email if the issue is resolved or not.
Just to confirm, what is the current firmware version on the C20 now?

Thanks for your below comment.
the current firmware version is 201214 which is latest & problem exist. i have already visited service center & they found no problem & so there is no way to claim warranty. but at the same connection i have used two more router one is TP link WR840 & MI 4A & have not face any problem. but when i connect C20 V5 facing same issue. what i do now dont understand.

@SanjitK remove the fiber optic patch cord from the onu or ont device, do not unplug the rj45 cable from the router when the connection goes off then plug again the fiber optic patch cord now the router will not connect to the internet again untill restart. But incase of some ISP it does connects automatically. In my case i was able to find out the problem thats why i claimed warranty and exchanged my router with C6 by adding some extra.
