Hi,

I'm currently trying to use the AC1200 WI-FI Range Extender, model number RE305.

I chose Acces Point mode in the device settings and plugged it directly to my internet box with high speed ethernet cable.

My internet speed when I am connected to my computer via this same ethernet cable is 1Gbps.

When connected in wifi via the RE305 Access Point, speed is 20Mbps to 60Mbps maximum ...

I don't get how they can be a loss like that. I tried many different settings, 2.4ghz and 5ghz network, but I'm stuck with this really slow speed ...

The RE305 is supposed to be high speed with 867Mbps in 5Ghz mode. I'm far away from this with not even 10% of its supposed capacity.

What can cause this ?
