Thank you for the suggestion, while I'm afraid this is determined by the router hardware, so it may not be achieved on the current hardware or firmware.
We will record this kind of request on the system, the developers may consider publishing a new hardware to support that. Let's hope for that.

Do you mean there is no internet on the MR6400 if you manually choose band 3? What if you just leave it auto, what is the band it will connect? Please show us the screenshot of the Status page on the MR6400 when the band is selected as Auto.
Who is your ISP, does it support band 3? If possible, we hope you could confirm this with another modem, ensure you can connect at band 3.

@Kevin_Z my isp is reliance jio which supports band 5,3 and band 40. I can get band 40 only. Which is very weak signal and barely usable. Often disconnect. If i could get band 3 or 5 i am sure signal is high. Because i can use those bands on my phone as well as their official mifi

Can we have the detailed firmware version of the MR6400 v4? Please show us the screenshot, thanks.
When you choose band 3 on the MR6400, does it connect to the internet, but it's unstable, or it doesn't connect to the internet at all? Can we also have the screenshot of the status page after you chose band 3?
