Firmware Version:

Sorry guys, I neither know the Hardware Version nor the Firmware Version. Furthermore, the Model is the TP-Link_9FAA, not an Adapter but I just couldn´t find it in the Dropdown menu.

I just want to know whether someone can help me because the TP-Link generally works fine but has short laggs of 3-8 seconds every couple of minutes. During those seconds the internet is completely down and e.g. every Zoom-Video stops. This is really annoying, especially in those meetings.

 

Can anyone help me? I´d really appreciate that.

Can you please kindly confirm again the model number of the TP-Link device? You may find it on the device label or sticker, where shows you a Model Number/Model No.

 

If the wireless connection gives you small lags, please try to modify the wireless settings first, try to run a Wi-Fi analyzer to verify which 2.4G/5G channel is clearer, then try the channel, you can also change the 2.4G channel width to 40MHz, 5G channel width to 80MHz, change security to WPA/WPA2-Personal, WPA2-PSK/AES, then reboot it and confirm.
