I got the extender a few months ago, and since then, the 5g network has kept disconnecting every 20-30 minutes, where the light indicator for it would turn off and the only thing that would solve it would be turning the extender off and on.
Any advice on how to fix it?

May I know the model number of your wireless router?
Would you please try to change the wireless channel on the 5ghz to be channel 40 or 38 to have a look?
When the 5gzh disconnected, the mobile devices are still connected but no internet, or fail to get connected and get the error, like failed to get the IP address or incorrect password, or connection failed?
By the way, did the 2.4ghz work fine all the time?
