Hello, I bought a 3-pack of deco M9 today and failed to set it up. I start to set up the main router using the app and it works fine untill the last step where i should connect to the wifi. When i try to connect to the wifi the red light comes on and it cant find any internet. I have tried using the old router and plugging in my computer directly to the ethernet cable coming from the "modem" and that works. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi,

Which connection type did you choose, dynamic Ip or PPPoE?

May I know who is your internet service provider?

And if the ISP required dynamic IP, please reboot the modem first.

Then clone the MAC address on the computer to the Deco:
