Model: Deco M9 Plus  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 Build 202110126 rel. 59387

Just brought 3 pcs Deco M9+ and i have issues that i wish for no one. Dropping connections, no acces to internet, weak coverage, poor signal between the decos and i could go on and on....😢

 

Why do i have different IP ranges when all my units are on the same DHCP (Deco in router mode)

 

The router range is 192.168.68.1 to 192.168.68.255

 

But 2 of my devices are in 53.51.51.xx

 

Can some one please explain and give me a solution ?

Hi, 

I am afraid that it is the first time I get this feedback.

Did you know what are these two devices?

--if yes, may I know their model number and operating system?

And did they have internet service via these IP addresses?

Will you see these two devices under the online device list of the overview page?
