I have 4 wi-fi extenders and when I launch TP PLC I can see then all however 2 of them are missing 2 icons and the ones that are shown are grayed out has anyone any idea why?

From the 7 powerline units, may I know which are the WPA2240 that has missing icon and what is hardware version & firmware version of the WPA4220?
For example : Device BF05 H UP-> WPA4220 V1.2 Firmware : XXX
