I've just bought the M4 deco as I need good WiFi coverage, one of the reasons being for my ring doorbell.

I connected the deco via ethernet to sky q hub and go through the setup process. I get through various stages where it finds the deco then I say where its places then I name it and create a password but when it says to connect to it the deco goes red.

I'm not very technical so please can someone help me before I throw them at something.
