Hi, what is the internet speed-test on the Deco APP when Deco X20 is on the wireless router mode?
If connecting a laptop via Ethernet cable to the main Deco X20, how much speed you can get and can I have some pictures?
At the same time, please try to turn off the UPNP: Deco APP>More>advanced>UPNP;
And please also help me check the adapter information on this computer in case I might need to forward your case to the senior engineers later:
You may obtain the information of your PC’s network adapter from here: (For Windows PC only)

@TP-Link Ok when its in router mode its capped at 100mpbs, ive tested this via the Deco App as well as a cable plugged into the Deco directly. as soo as i make it AP mode then the correct line speed is working both on the deco app as well as speeds test from my phones and desktop pc.
Ive also tried turning UPNP off and have the same results.
