Solid red led, reset button does not change state

Solid red led, reset button does not change state
New out of box. Three units
Two units booted to solid yellow then flashing red.
Reset button press.
Both went to flashing blue and I setup.
The third unit boots solid yellow and then to solid red. Pressing the reset button appears to have no affect. 5 or 6 attempts made.
Anyone with past experience with the "unresectable solid red". ?
