Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I have an Archer T2U Nano and I was limited to 150 Mbps on it. Then I installed a new driver  from: https://static.tp-link.com/2021/202103/20210329/Archer_T2U_NANO_V1_WIN.zip, after that now I am limited to 200 Mbps.

My laptop has windows 10 installed. My internet connection is 300 Mbps.

With another laptop I can connected to 300 Mbps with his internal WiFi card.

I am on a 5Ghz connection, so it should be 433Mbps as per the advertised capability of the device. This is the output of the command "netsh wlan show interfaces" on my PC:

What can I do to get the full speed from this adapter?

Could you help me?

Regards

@HernanGR  Hello,

Please change router channel width to 80Mhz and try a different 5Ghz channel on router's 5Ghz.

Also  confirm other devices also get normal 5Ghz link speed, if you connect an Android phone or different laptop too router's 5Ghz,may I have a photo link speed?

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/

If still the same, may I know the model of your router, can you share with us a photo of main router Wireless settings , thank you.

When I test this device in Speedtest.com I get 300Mbps of download .My internet provider get me 300 Mbps.

This is a picture of the device with Archer T2U Nano V1 ( Asus n56vb):

My internet provider got me the Router Sagemcom F@ST 3890 v3.

The main router Wireless settings are:

I changed Channel Bandwith from 20/40 to 20/40/80.

the following are actual pictures from the device with problems:

It has the half of internet speed.

@HernanGR  Hello,

Current wireless link speed 390Mbps looks reasonable, but 5Ghz speed is a bit slow (normally 50%-60% of the Link speed)

You could download Wi-Fi analyzer APP or software on phone or computer and select a relatively idle 5Ghz channel on router.

Locate computer closer to router when test speed & try a different Speed test server (click on Global icon on speedtest.net) and see if 5Ghz could be faster.

You may also test T2U Nano on a different computer and see if it could get faster 5Ghz speed.
