Hello!

I would like to forward a port but it just won't open.

I would like to create a minecraft server, which has 25565 port as its default. I called my internet provider and they told me that i cannot open ports that start with number 25 so i came up with the 35566 port.

I created a port forwarding as every tutorial website showed me:

1; i created the port forwarding: i set ip as my private ip address and my WAN IP start with 100.81.... so i am guessing it is not a Private IP

2;  I created Windows Firewall Rules

3; I also added a rule to my virus defender

And still it isnt working.

I turned off my firewall and check if it is still closed, and it stays closed
