Model: Archer C20
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version:

Using archer c20 for home office to connect 5 devices ( mobile/laptop/echo dot)

5 GHZ channel works smoothly - no problems till date.

2.4 GHZ will drop connections randomly . Tested on each device using a ping to default gateway access point . Hence ruling out issue with devices.

@NjnBat

Can we confirm if this is an EU version? Please verify this by checking the device label, thanks.

Ensure you are running the latest firmware on it, then show us the detailed firmware into.

And when the 2.4G stops working, are you able to see it on the devices? Can you connect it back? How did you recover the connection? Try to modify the wireless settings on the router, such as wireless channel, channel width, and security, you can check the guide below:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/722/

When did you purchase the router? You can also try to reset the router to factory defaults then reconfigure it from scratch, then confirm again if the issue persists.
