Hi everyone. I recognized a problem with this device. When I have changed my internet provider, the extender starts to disconnect and reconnect from my devices. Yesterday I upgraded the firmware. Apparently it seems resolved, but today it started again. I need to resolve this issue because I need it to work.

@Cama  Hello, 

 

It is recommended to select a different 2.4Ghz WiFi channel on main router, set up RE again and see if that help with the issue.

 

If still the same problem, can you help confirm some details to help locate the problem? 

1. may I know did you change the WiFi router as well , what the model of the router?  Does your new router work stably? 

2. How about the LED Status on RE when this issue happens? Did you put RE at the same location?

You could contact router support to login wifi router and change router's wifi settings.
