Hi everyone, I have a problem with reconnecting the extender after a disconnection.
Following a disconnection of the main router, the extender no longer detects the wi-fi to be extended for about 15 minutes, and then reconnects. What can this situation depend on?
The disconnection of the main router takes a few seconds, the wi-fi becomes visible on all devices except the extender.
Meanwhile the extender finds all networks in the neighborhood except mine.

Hi, thanks for your time and patience.

Did you mean the RE and signal lights on the 850RE normally need 15mins to come back on and then internet restored;

 or if you try to scan the host network and did the setup again, it might need 15mins before the host network showed up?

May I know the model number of your home router?

Have you tried to change the wireless channel on the home router, like channel 11 for 2.4ghz ; and reserve the IP address of the 850RE on the main router?

The second option.
After disconnection, the extender does not recognize the host network while it is running.
However, it appears that the firmware update has solved the problem because everything has been working fine for about 48 hours.
