I did a password recovery via email, and when the new password was activated and I entered the device to make a connection to the main modem, it asked me for the password and enter the password and it tells me the wrong number even though I am sure of the password and warns me that I have one attempt to re-enter the password

@Meshal_5G_EXT  Hello, 

From your photo device has not bound to TPLINK ID yet, at that time device uses local username and password, not the your TPLINK ID and its password. 

It is recommended to factory reset the RE and later when login RE, and Tether app it will let you to create new login password (or some models uses default username and password which are both ’admin’  ) 

reset: with RE powered on, use a pin to keep pushing the reset hole until all the Leds flash once
