Model: RE650
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I understand that the RE650 V2 has one mesh capability but the re650 v1 does not.

When I go to buy how do i differentiate between the v1 and v2.

Is there a serial number that we need to look out for?

Please advise as i want for one mesh.

@Amill

Hi,

RE650 V2 adds the support for OneMesh.

And you will see the hardware version on the product label on the box, like (EU) v2 if you would purchase from the local store.

While for online shopping, normally, if it is stated Onemesh compatible, it should be the V2 otherwise the online shop is false advertising.

Thanks!

@mohammedlaif

I'm afraid Hardware version could not be upgraded, hardware is fixed when device was  made.

Only firmware could be upgraded according to hardware version, for exampole,  V1 device upgrade to V1 firmware, V2 device upgrade to V2 firmware.

Currently, RE650 V1 does not have a plan for oneMesh yet, we would record your feedback for further evaluation.
