Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.7

We use the router for 2 wired connections and some wi-fi connections (mobiles, smart tv, printer).

The wired connections  work well, but the wi-fi connections disconnects some times.

@Kayser

If your FW region is US, then you can upgrade the device FW to the latest version which is 1.1.8.

After updating FW, disable OneMesh feature if you're not using it and test the wireless stability - refer to this thread.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

@terziyski

Thanks for your help.

My version of firmware is 1.1.7, but my region is South America. When trying an update, it says it is updated.

Very thanks.

@Kayser

Look at the bottom sticker of the device.

There you should see the FW region of your device.

Like I posted, if it's US version you can update it that manually - Case 1.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

@terziyski

Thanks a lot!!

I saw the bottom sticker and its really a US version.

I´ll update manually the fw, and post after the results.

Very thanks!
