Hi.

I have just purchased the Whole Home Mesh Wifi system as out new VM Hub 4 no longer provides wifi to the other side of the house. The trouble is, I cannot get a solid light on the unit next to the Hub nor the one upstairs. I have even used the cable provided to link the 2 together but still no joy and I am struggling to find any support.

Can anyone provide some simple instructions on how to connect please?

Hi, I noticed that both Deco M4 nodes are online now.

So I guess the network issue has been fixed. If yes, May I know how you fix it in case other users might have the same issue?
