No IPv4 IP / DNS on WAN Network - in 4G LTE router

Hello Team,
Am trying to setup a new MR 600 v2 router with our ISP - Vodafone India. The WAN network is connected to ISP. I can see IPv6 assigned and with their DNS as well.
However IPv4 is not getting assigned through ISP and the DNS is also empty.
Due to this the devices only on IPv4 through Wifi are not able to connect.
Any idea why this could be? The same SIM Card on mobile and other devices work fine.
