Solution No connection in 4g after reboot
After simply turning it off and on again, the modem no longer connects to any 4g network (before turning it off everything was working correctly) If I try to select the solo4g mode it gives me an error I am attaching some screenshots that maybe can help.
I have already tried to reset it and restart it.
Error if i try select only 4g.

Hi, All,
Thank you all for your feedback.
As for the issue mentioned here:
Archer MR600 V2 was working before, then after a reboot, it cannot use the 4G network anymore.
Under 4G preferred mode, it only connects to WCDMA which is a 3G network(if the carrier doesn't support 3G anymore, the internet will not work). When trying to change Network Mode to 4G Only and save it, Error Code 1: Internal Error pops up, Besides, when searching 4G band manually, it shows "error code:89534 no available band". Screenshots like below:
After further analysis of our senior engineers, A new firmware 1.5.0 has been released to fix this issue.
Please feel free to comment below whether your current issue could be fixed.
Thank you very much.

Hi, were the pictures saved when the internet is not available?
Since I see now the Network type is WCDMA, which is a 3G type if you put the Wind SIM into a smartphone, can you use the 4G service?
And after rebooting the modem, MR600 stopped working. How did you restore the connection, restarting the modem again?
If you change the network mode to 3ghz only, will it still lose the connection after reboot?
Thank you very much.

Hello,
today I just received a brand new Archer MR600 v2 with firmware version 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210727 Rel.33453n and I have the exact same problem.
I was changing 4G bands in order to find out which combination for carrier aggregation works best with my carrier (WindTre) and then, just a couple of restarts later, this router is unable to pick up 4G signal.
Now it only connects in 3G mode even if "4G preferred" is selected and when I try to put "4G only" it shows up error code: 1 (internal error).
If I try to search for 4G bands, it shows up error code 89534 (no available band).
I have already tried with factory reset multiple times with no luck and tried 3 different SIM cards. All these 3 SIM cards work fine with 4G/5G on a mobile phone.

Archer MR600 v2 with firmware version 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210727 Rel.33453n
I have exactly same problem. Same error codes and I have tried factory reset many times. Only 3G connection working now after rebooting :(
Hopefully there is a solution to this.
Now I have to use smartphone as a router and no problem... 4g+ connection working on smartphone.

@tenska83 I'm tempted to ask Amazon for a replacement but afraid that I'm only going to lose time, probably the software is faulty...
@TP-Link can we have a download link for the V2 unit's 1.4.0 build 210727 firmware so we can at least try to solve this problem with a firmware update? It is missing on your product support page.

i see it is a common mistake, this is very very serious on the part of tp-link. I asked Amazon for the replacement, it arrives tomorrow but I really think it is a very serious software error. if anyone from support can give us some link to update or fix this problem.

Thank you very much! Two weeks ago I have received a replacement unit which has the v1.3.0 firmware and I didn't update it yet because I thought that updating to v1.4.0 could have been too risky, in fact the router is rock solid on v1.3.0 and gave me absolutely zero problems.
Looking forward to the new update!

I have the same problem and I just bought the router last week.
Firmware Up/downgrade is also not working
@ TPLINK: I need a fast solution otherwise I need to send it back and buy a non TP-link router.
