No more LTE+
Hi,
A while ago I had LTE+ with band 3 and band 20 using the 1.1.0 confidential firmware.
After the router updated firmware to the new 1.3.0, I only get band 3.
I did a factory reset, but I still only get band 3. There is no error message in the log in this regard.
How do I get LTE+ with B3 and B20 again without going back to the old confidential firmware?
Thanks

How do I get B3+B20 LTE+ working again? It works on my phone (80-90 Mbit/s) but not on MR600 (only 25 Mbit/s).

Hi, sorry for the delay.
The latest official firmware has not added the manual selection of the LTE bands yet so currently, I am afraid you might still need to install the previous beta firmware.
At the same time, have you checked whether MR600 v1 has the same APN profile settings on the smartphone?
Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Yes, it is with the same SIM card.
I had B3+B20 LTE+ before I installed the confidential firmware (an older firmware).
Also with confidential firmware B3 and B20 was ok.
Only after it upgraded to 1.3.0, I don't get LTE+ anymore.

Ok I reverted to the band selection firmware, but I do not get LTE+ anymore.
When I select B3 + B20, i only get B20.
When I select B20 + B3, i only get B20.
When I select B3 only, I get B3.

Yesterday I had LTE+ for a short period, with B3,B20.
Today only LTE with either B20 or B3.
With auto settings, it only uses B20.
With B3+B20 settings, it only uses B20.
When manually setting B3 only, I get B3 with a lot of error messages:
