Random reboot problem of archer c6 v3.20
I've been having random reboot problem in my tp link archer c6 v3.20 from last two weeks i don't know the exact reason and I've done factory resetting the router and tried for changing the eu firmware to eu firmware and even changing the device settings like disabling one mesh and enabling/disabling smart connect but random reboot problem is still same and I'm real pissed off either i need a replacement hence i purchased a month or two ago or i need atleast a stable fix 🥲

@Kevin_Z I've tried everything evem changing the smart connect settings one mesh settings and it's winter season in my country (india) no chances for the heating issues and then power is also stable.
changing the firmware to eu to us and vice versa please update me with the beta firmware I've read in the forums it fixes but I'm unable to find for v3.20 but it's there for older versions

Thank you very much for the update.
Is the country code of the Archer C6 EU or US version? Are you using the original power adapter that came with the router? Is it 12 V ⎓ 1 A?
We would like to escalate your case to our engineers, the engineering team will investigate to see if it is a concern in the router that can be resolved.

@Kevin_Z Yes I'm using the Original power adapter and original lan cable provided by tp link in the box. 😇

Hi, I want to know what is the country code of the router that printed on the router label? You can find that besides the model number, such as Archer C6(US) or Archer C6(EU).

Now the problem is fixed I've downgraded the firmware from the tp link website now router is stable af for "at least an hour" . random reboot "is there" but it's not that frequent that used to happen back then. P.s firmware version is Archer C6(EU)_V3.2_210322.

Thank you very much for updating the status of the reboot issue you're experiencing on the Archer C6. Just want to double confirm, is the country code of your C6 US version that is printed on the device label? Can I have a picture of it? You can mask the MAC and SN of the router before posting here.
Also, I want to know how did you downgrade the firmware to Archer C6(EU)_V3.2_210322?

@Kevin_Z yes I've downgraded the firmware to ""Archer C6(EU)_V3.2_210322"" After downgrading the router is quite stable but it does restarts but I'm still looking a firmware update from tp link it's a firmware problem though and it still reboot quite a bit little bit frustrated with the router 😥.
P.s I've attached the pic of my routers back.
