The on light and the wifi light are on the world (internet?) and 4G lights are off. Illiad say my account is paid up and open.

Then you could tell me which one is like your case and send me some details about the status page on the modem.
And if you are on MR600 v2, The beta firmware 1.5.0 on the following link is worth a try:
No connection in 4g after reboot
