Unable to login to DecoM9 Plus Update Assistant
Hi team,
I have been unable to login to the Deco M9 Plus Upgrader tool to upgrade my current deco.
I have ensured my username and password are correct, on the app however everytime I tried to login it show the below error :
"Incorrect TP-Link ID or password"
My current TPLINK deco m9 plus V2 firmware is 1.2.12

I do not have the screenshot I'm sorry :(
However today I managed to make it work by following one of the other user recommendation from the forum
What I did is to rerun the tool from a Windows 7 os system from virtual box and it just worked with no hiccup.

Hi, can I have a screenshot of the error message?
May I know the model number and operating system of your computer?
When I tested on my side, since I not connected to any Deco yet, no matter what password I put, right or wrong, it only said “unable to find Deco”, I think maybe it is not be related to the password.

What is your previous operating system when you first ran the upgrade tool, Windows 11?

My current operating system which I run the tools earlier is:
Windows 10
version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1415)
My M9 Deco Plus is version 2.
