Archer T2U Nano AC600 USB Adapter has to reach above 100 Mbps and to stay constantly connected

I have recently updated the network from ADSL to Cable with 150/10 speed by Vodafone.de
Every mobile device on the network gets almost constant 150/10 speed without interruptions. However, my desktop PC connects using Archer T2U Nano AC600 usb dongle and it never crosses the speed of 100mbps on download. At the same time, sporadic measurements indicates that it does not even keep on this speed regularly. If I make 5 measurements during the day (I measure right after my mobile for comparison) it would range from 30mbps to 100mbps at random. The upload speed also seldomly reaches 10mbps (unlike other devices).
Also, at times, it disconnects for no reason shortly despite being in the same room as the router where the signal is best. Tbh, I have rather bad experience with TP hardware in general.
The drivers are the latest (July, 2019). The Dongle is supposed to reach over 400mbps on 5GHz. Can somone explain why is this possibly happening and how to sort this out?

Thank you for your fast response. I have tried other channels in the range and the most stable, fastest and with the best signal (-26dBm) seems to be CH 60, but only on 40Mhz bandwith. The moment I choose 80-160 the speed either plummets under 1mbps or does not connect at all.
I have not noticed any difference after installing that new firmware in terms of stability or speed improvement. The best measured speed was 107mpbs, but at the same each subsequent measurement fluctuates between 30 - 100 mostly and upload between 5-10.
Other devices on network such as my Pixel 3 phone achieves constant 150-160mbps and 10-11 upload.
Now my mobo is -

The router/modem is Vodafone Station Cable Modem.
Number of constantly connected devices is 4 (2x mobiles, 1x laptop and my desktop) all are achieving constant speeds at any given point of measurement apart from my PC.
Also, none of the devices has any problem to connecting into a wider bandwith up to 160mhz, but my dongled desktop only manages 20-40 on 5Ghz.
This is my best and worst measurements cca hour apart
1. The link speed on T2U nano is 200mbps as of current rate (not sure if that is because of the 40Mhz bandwith). With Pixel phone I have no idea, but it consistently runs on 150mbps, so I assume at least 300mbps. But the product is sold to support up to 433mbps, so it should manage 150 without problems.
In terms of bandwith - the 80Mhz on any channel seem not to be working with the at all, neither does auto. The dongle simply refuses to connect to the network at all without stating a reason or when it does connect the speed shrinks under 10mbps which makes little sense. As you can see from the picture of wifi-analyzer, the 5hgz is not consgested and there is a plenty of 80Mhz options available, yet the dongle does not like it at all.
