Hello, i'm having an issue with my new bluetooth adapter UB500. I've installed it and it's ok. When I want to connect my bluetooth 3.0 keyboard, this one connect well, but in the end, it is only linked but not connected, so it doesn't work. I've download the lastest drivers of UB500: it's the same. I can connect a bluetooth mouse: it's ok. I can connect the keyboard on my laptop and it's ok. Is there a solution for me? A piece of driver for a better compatibilty for bluetooth 3.0? Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello @Eric.Fr 

UB500 supports Blutooth 5.0 which should be backward compatible with Bluetooth 3.0

May I know the model of your Keyboard?

Do you mean it Bluetooth status showing paired but when you type on keyboard, there is no response? May I have a photo showing the Bluetooth status when keyboard is paired? 

Can you check Tp-link Bluetooth adapter in Device Manager and check its status & driver version, can you share the Windows version, thank you. 

How to check driver version of TP-Link adapters and system information of your computer?

Here is the keyboard and mouse. The mouse can connect in BT 5.2.

That's it, paired but no response. For pictures from my computer, i'll do that after work.
