Thanks for reaching out to us.
Haven't heard about the same feedback from other users.
If you can't access speedtest on modem page, do you get any error? May I have screenshot of it?
And you can try to access speedtest on a different browser or device and see if the issue is the same.

@TP-Link @ Bilbo_B
on my Archer MR600v2 ( Firmware Version:1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210208 Rel.61056n ) I point out the same problem reported by Bilbo_B. Since yesterday (01-May-2022) I cannot anymore execute the SPEED_TEST, neither through the App tp-Link Tether (installed on my Android phone), not through the web link http://tplinkmodem.net/. The error messages I receive are as follows:
app Tether ==> SPEED TEST HAS FAILED. TRY AGAIN LATER
web link http://tplinkmodem.net/ ==> Well, you're offline. Check your internet connections, get back online, and retest your speed.
Needless to say, I am perfectly online, I can surf the internet, and all the LED of my MR600v2 are correctly switched on.
MY ACTIONS:
1. I tried to change 3 different browsers : Firefox, Chrome, Edge ==> the problem still persists on any browser
2. I tried to reboot my device ==> the problem still persists after the reboot

Mind if I ask where are you located, just to check what is the latest firmware for your MR600 v2? (I'm just another user of the router)
